Cheer Banquet 2021

The cheer team got to have their banquet in person this year. Coach Lucy brought homemade chicken and rice, salad and other goodies to eat while the team got their awards presented from last year and this year. Gabi got Most Valuable Cheerleader last year and this year!  We could not be more proud!!!  Sad news though to hear Coach Josh won’t be returning. But good news is he is going to be the head coach at Mishawaka so we will be seeing him!

Lennox Turns 3

Lennox celebrated 3 with an Octonauts birthday party. Aunt Gabi got her a mermaid Barbie, nana and papa got her a summer outfit, a turtle sandbox (for Eli’s birthday also next month) with some girl sandbox toys, and Uncle Trenton got her the original Veggie Tales DVDs!  

Dave and Ginger

So Dave finally got around to bringing Ginger to Indiana. Picked up a request for Port A Pit for Dave to share with Ginger Saturday evening after they arrived. It got two thumbs up from her 👍🏻👍🏻 Was able to get our family together so they could visit with them both on Sunday evening sharing Bruno’s pizza - one of our faves. It was fun to hear about their show and tell throughout Goshen (where they got their Airbnb and where Gingers mom grew up) and Mishawaka. Also fun to hear some of their Airbnb stories of their own. The kids enjoyed seeing them again and Gunnar even made friends with aunt Ginger!  A good visit for sure!
