Ice Skating Night

The Mayor’s Office invited the city of Mishawaka to a free ice skating session tonight and Gabi, Tyler and family were all able to come!  I even put on some skates and took a crack at it after many years!  Such a fun night at Ironworks!

I’m blessed to work for such a great city!

ND Hockey vs Lindenwood

Went to a ND hockey game with a friend and got front row glass seats on Friday evening. Pretty cool but the score wasn’t. They lost 2-3 unfortunately but got to see many checks right in front of us!

Executive Assistant

Today I was officially swore in as Mayor Dave Wood’s Executive Assistant. Even though I’ve been in the since just after Thanksgiving, I am have the official certificate.  The job is becoming easier every day. Learning so much. Meeting new people and enjoying the job. 

ND vs NC Men’s Basketball

Another men’s basketball game and a good one at that. Unfortunately NC pulled out a one point win with a last minute 3 point basket. Good time though with a sold out crowd. 

New Year - New Me

Spent NYE with my baby girl as I always have. A quiet evening at home and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Took her to Hacienda for New Years Day treat and did some after Christmas shopping at one of my favorite places - Hobby Lobby. Took down the last Christmas tree and did some cleaning. Ready for a new year. For sure.
