March Madness

Eli played basketball with his kindergarten team and Lennox cheered on the K through third teams and did a halftime show tonight at Moran. So much fun!

25 and 34

Had a dual birthday party for Trenton and Gabi. Trenton was out of town over his so we decided to work his in also. 

Yesterday though, I helped Gabi celebrate with her nurse friends (watched them bowl) and then I took Gabi to the Lauber for her favorite salad. I cannot believe my baby is 25!

Knee Scope and Adam Driver

Finally got the knee scope yesterday. I was disappointed that it was scheduled so late in day (330) because I could not eat all day. Gabi took care of me afterward though with some ChickfilA. Can never go wrong with that. 

Unfortunately the scope determined I had a full test in meniscus and no cartilage left in knee. My doctor suggests a partial knee replacement if the pain doesn’t go away some. 

Soooo I’m going to try and put it off as long as I can. 

I am navigating walking again but plan to go back to work on Monday. Please send good vibes and prayers my way. 

Oh and my brother sent me a pic of him and a special visitor to MHS - Adam Driver - to speak with the fine arts kids. And an extra pic of me and Gabi when she came to visit me at work Thursday. 

Today is her birthday so I’m excited to celebrate her. 

Women’s ND vs Louisville

Caught the women’s basketball game on Sunday. After a two in a row loss, the team got a win at home and it was packed. Great time! And I got to see Ricky!
