Made it back home to mow and catch some fireworks at Tyler’s house on the fourth

. Prep for the big week these next couple of days at home. 

First Overnight Celebrating Freedom

We spent our first night, actually weekend, in our seasonal camper over the fourth. Since uncle Rusty gets his cottage for two weeks we went ahead and took the weekend before our week because the sites were available. Thus my aunt Carol and my parents were there too. Tyler had planned a getaway over in Ohio and asked if he could drop kids for one night so we obliged. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it between rain showers. Our last full day was the best one so uncle Kenny brought his boat up for the day and to stay with Uncle Rusty before his brood came in next week also. A nice precursor to our big week. But, we are definitely making the camper our own slowly. It was so much fun watching the grands swim off our pier at our site. And to have the family fires at our place in the evening. Gunnar is even getting used to it all. I think we are finally ready to enjoy this for the summer fully.
