Tyler and Caitlyn like to stay home on Christmas Day and opt out of going and doing anything so we make a point to stop there and deliver gifts in the evening.
I made all the kids a wooden slice with a pic from the lake of them and their significant others this year. I also made Tyler and Caitlyn a large ruler with the kids' names on it to measure them and keep in the house somewhere. Home made is a favorite of mine to gift.
We got Lennox her own deer head to hang on the wall (furry one)

Christmas Morning
Christmas Eve ended with "The Night Before Christmas" book (as usual and one of our favorite traditions) by the tree and "It's a Wonderful Life" on television. I got up early to put together the goodies for Chad and Amber's house and enjoy the quiet. Trenton decided to go home to sleep since he has been non stop to and from Bourbon and Indy helping UPS get caught up with Amazon deliveries and he would be over when he woke. It was bittersweet to see my baby girl up and at the top of the stairs to come down and have Christmas morning with us. I even made her stop and pose to capture the moment.
I think everyone got what they needed gift wise and of course, got extras that were special. Me...a set of diamond earrings from Ben. He always goes above and beyond.
It was a good morning to relax and spend time with the family.

Christmas Eve
Annual Christmas Eve at my parents' house. It just isn't Christmas Eve until we visit with family there :)
