Curling
Been wanting to try out the curling at Iron Works in downtown Mishawaka since they put it in earlier this year. Finally got a chance to do it! Fun time with Trenton, Gabi and Elian!

Coffee Date
Gabi treated me to coffee at a new cute coffee shop in downtown Mishawaka. Embassy Coffee Co. It’s been nice having the week off with the schools to spend time with her. So blessed to have the relationship we have.

Trenton’s New Baby
So last night Trenton was given the opportunity to take in and rehome a bengal cat that is about 5 months or so. This cat has the most beautiful markings. His first home named him Chaz but Trenton wants to call him Dante. I know Trenton is very excited to have something to take care of and keep him company. A dog would be a disservice considering his hours so hopefully this cat will fit in with him nicely. Can’t wait to meet him in person.

Merry Christmas!
Had a fantastic morning with Trenton and Gabi. I made sausage egg and cheese casserole, cinnamon rolls and fruit for breakfast and opened all our gifts. Made the boys cool tables with ND bottle caps for their specially made items from mom, made Gabi some bookmarks with pressed flowers from special places for her specially made item from mom and got Ben a beautiful sign that had I.O.P.Y. on it with his dads handwriting. This was a special saying his dad would write on all his cards that stands for “I’m proud of you.” Hoping Ben puts that somewhere he can see it every day. Also got him a keychain with the same saying and on the other his mom’s handwriting on it. Just love giving everyone meaningful gifts. Ben took care of me too (as always) and Gabi did a great job gift giving. She is really like me in that sense. Met my parents and grandma at Chads for lunch and had our gift exchange with some yummy food. I made potatoes and brought chocolate peppermint cake and cheesecake slices for dessert. Such a good time visiting with them. And last stop was at Tyler’s to give them all their gifts. A very special day. Weather was calling for warm temps in the upper 50s and rainy but the rain held off and the sun even shown itself for a bit. Very blessed indeed. Lenny visited the Christmas shop at school and got us some cute gifts also. So very special.
