Writing Contest

Way back at the beginning of school (in August last year) Gabi had to write a short story on what she did on her summer vacation. She chose our awesome vacation to Florida (see picture at side of blog with dolphin)! Gabi ended up winning the writing contest in her first grade and her writing was put on display. She also received a pencil pin as an award and she finally brought the story home today (along with alot of other writings through the year). Click on the picture to make larger and read.
