First one of the season! Tyler qualified for a youth hunt put on this year...under 16 years of age with a hunting license can take a doe by gun before the actual season begins. He went out this morning and got one. We didn't get to weight it in but Ben thinks it would have dressed out at about 110 lbs...nice size. Tyler hit it nicely also and tracked it very quickly. Uncle Dave and grandpa came out to help get it loaded up and taken to DC Meats for processing. Looking forward to restocking our freezer full of low fat deer meat. Great job, Tyler!
