Donkey Ball

Uncle Dave called us last night asking Gabi if she would be interested in going to Elkhart Memorial High School to watch a "Donkey Ball" basketball game. All proceeds go to Memorial's Dollars for Scholars program. After many ???? and much explaining, Gabi thought it would be very interesting to go with him to watch. Gabi came home and explained the concept well. Each rider was able to get off the donkey and lead it to the basket but must be on the donkey to make a shot. She laughed as she continued to explain how everytime the shooter would get on a donkey, the donkey would lower it's top half to slide the shooter off. I guess it was a riot. She had a GREAT time. She even got to ride one of the donkeys. Thank, Uncle Dave for the pictures and for taking Gabi...she had a good time! :)
