Citizenship Award

Just got back from Gabi's Awards Day.  She had told me just a day or two ago that she really hopes to get the "Citizenship Award" in her class.  This award is given to one boy and one girl in each classroom.  This award goes to hard working, honest and fair individuals.  I am happy to report that she got it!  Her and Kane Haughee got the award in Mrs. Risner's Class.  She was grinning from ear to ear!

Next she got an award for Principal's Honor Roll - all A's ALL year long!  No easy task!

Then she got the National Fitness Award. 

She was recognized for participation in choir and student council.

And lastly she took her Patrol Oath to become a 6th grade patrol for next year.
All GREAT honors!  So proud of her today! 

I even snuck in and got some pictures of her on practice patrol duty after school :)

This year has certainly flown by...hard to believe she is leaving the school ready to be in 6th grade!
