That's right, Trenton is the 130 lb. Individual Regional Champ! He beat his first kid from Rochester 6-0 and went on to beat Manbu from Warsaw 7-0. We knew the championship round would be good. Trenton had faced Daniel Young from Culver Military Academy before in ISWA tournaments and has never beat him. Trenton has come close, but has never done it. Today he did. Trenton beat Young in OT by a takedown (5-3)! Talk about a nail biter. I was so glad and overcome with so much emotion! Trenton has come such a long way, even in this year! His hard work is paying off more and more. SOOOO PROUD today! Next stop...Team Semi State on Wednesday and then Individual Semi State next Saturday!

Way to go, Trent! Fabulous! Keep your head cool and focus on each match. Don't look ahead to any other match than the one you are on the mat for. But do learn about your next opponents (strengths/weaknesses). It will get tougher from here. Also college scouts will be snoopin more and more. Always give 1000% and you will be fine. I am SO proud of you! Go, Trent!
