Run Forrest Run 2018

Had a goal to try and win my age group at the Run Forrest Run this year.  I decided to do the 5K in this race since I ran a 10K just a couple weeks ago.  Annnnnd, goal achieved.  And a PR to boot!
25:33 was my official time and I got first in my age group!  I am beginning to actually believe I run faster in the cold considering I have hit PR's in both races this year and the temps have been below 30 degrees!
Regardless of the temps, Ben, Gabi and Kylee showed up to cheer me on!
