Sarah Strong and a PR

This morning I ran the 10k at Sarah Strong in Elkhart.  I was not thrilled that it was under 30 degrees and the course had to be changed because of the flooding, but Trenton and Ben came with me to root me on.  I had not anticipated a PR but I got one!  52:48 (8:30 pace) and got second in my age group this year.  I can say I was thankful for the sunshine!
