In Loving Memory of Aunt Boots

Not only did we lose Sharon this year, but Aunt Boots (October 5) as well.  We knew the surgery she was having (for her back) was super risky with a 50% chance she could die because of all of her health issues.  We just didn't think it would happen...not to such a fighter.  This woman fought cancer several times, not to mention other health problems that stemmed from it.  Aunt Boots was so caring and always made time to visit with us when we were in North Carolina.  She would always want to bring over a meal one of the nights so we could all be together. Aunt Boots will be missed dearly.  Love this pic of her with my kids...it was at a time when she was more healthy...I will miss her.
