Easter

Easter. A time to remember that there is a new hope in God. That He lives so we may live. Life has been different for this family since the beginning of the year. Our family looks different. But my parents, my family, my kids and grandkids have the same love we’ve always had. THAT will never change. I’m sure I’ll blog on this more when I’m fully ready. But today was a good reminder of the hope that God gives us every day.  He is risen. He lives. A good day for me indeed. 

Ironhand and Fresh Air

Gabi had the day off so we did a Target run, ate and drank at Ironhand and took Gunnar for a walk on the Riverwalk. Beautiful day after the morning rain. Lower 60s with some sunshine. Gotta love that!

Culver’s

So Reese is officially working at the new Culver’s just down the street from us!  So of course we had to go eat there!

March Madness

Lennox was able to cheer for the kindergarten basketball teams at Moran for March Madness last night. So adorable!!!

Sarasota

Gabi was able to get away Thursday with Elian. Went to Sarasota, Florida for a few days. Because there was plenty in the area, they mainly did local things. A aquarium, the county fair, shopping, fun places to eat, beaches and a local baseball game. They have sent me pics along the way. Good to see Gabi happy and smiling. 

Eggs

Tried to have the grands over to color Easter Eggs this afternoon after church. Lennox was a bit tired from a busy weekend traveling to Indy for her cousin’s birthday and maybe feeling slightly under the weather but she did a couple. She decided to lay on the couch with Gunnar while Eli and I finished up. Made them dinner and got to spend a little time with them afterward.  Was nice to see the babies after a week gone from Moran.
